Job summary

Daikin Comfort is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to guide Branch Managers in achieving sales, service and profitability targets across the Springfield area. You will coach, train, and direct teams while ensuring policy compliance and asset management.

You will collaborate with HR, sales, and corporate resources to forecast inventory, manage staffing, and drive performance improvements across regions.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related experience in operations/branch management.
• Strong knowledge of HVAC industry and product lines.
• Experience in coaching, performance management and training.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and guide teams.

Responsibilities

• Manage Branch Managers through coaching, training and direction to meet sales, service, profitability and asset goals.
• Assist in hiring, training, performance management including annual and midyear evaluations.
• Ensure adherence to policies, safety standards and procedures.
• Plan inventory forecasting and maintain product availability.
• Monitor and improve branch P&L and provide guidance to improve underperforming areas.
• Collaborate with sales and HR to develop staffing pipelines and ensure training goals are met.
