Job summary

E2 Optics, LLC is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead day-to-day operations across a regional area, driving profitability and customer growth. You will recruit, mentor, and manage staff while coordinating with HR, IT, controls, QA/QC and admin to hit targets.

Ideal candidate has extensive telecommunications/construction experience, PMP/RTPM or similar certifications, and a proven ability to manage multi-site operations, optimize resources, and ensure safety and compliance across

Qualifications

• 7 - 10 years’ telecommunications/low voltage management and revenue growth experience.
• 10+ years construction/telecommunications experience.
• PMP or RTPM certification preferred.
• RCDD certification is preferred.
• BICSI Technician Certified preferred.
• OSHA 10 required. OSHA 30 is preferred.
• Strong leadership, human resources management and conflict resolutions skills.
• Ability to meet sales targets and production goals.
• Ability to influence and negotiate.
• Ability to professionally communicate internally and to clients.
• Familiarity with industry’s rules and regulations.

Responsibilities

• Oversees the day-to-day business operations for a regional area and its profitability.
• Generates new customers and identifies new business opportunities.
• Recruits and develops employees; ensures and improves performance, productivity, efficiency, and profitability.
• Manages project profitability with project managers and teams.
• Coordinates with HR, IT, controls, QA/QC, and administration to achieve objectives and regulatory compliance.
• Develops regional personnel through training, coaching, and motivation.
• Stays abreast of competing markets and reports market movement and penetration.
• Occasional site visits to meet clients; travel as required.
