Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in business or a related field.
• Minimum of 5–7 years of relevant division management experience (Operations, Sales Operations, and/or Customer Service).
• Experience across Customer Care, Warehouse, Logistics, Operations, Credit & Collect & Finance is ideal.

Responsibilities

• Lead a cross‑functional regional operations team and direct activities to expand and strengthen the business.
• Implement strategies to increase productivity and achieve sales targets.
• Develop talent within warehouse and operations teams and ensure policy adherence.
• Oversee planning and deployment of capital for the region as needed.
• Monitor performance data to drive improvements and measure effectiveness.
• Travel up to 40% to manage regional operations.
