At R.S. Hughes, the Senior Operations Manager will lead a cross‑functional team across an assigned region and direct activities related to business operations. The Senior Operations Manager will take a hands‑on approach; being committed to expanding and strengthening the business. This role will implement strategies that increase productivity and enable achievement of sales targets. The Senior Operations Manager is expected to adhere to all company policies and safety protocols.
