Job summary

The Warehouse Supervisor at R.S. Hughes Company, Inc.

oversees daily warehouse logistics to maximize efficiency, delegating tasks such as order fulfillment, receiving, shipping, and inventory control while upholding safety standards. The successful candidate will lead by example, manage staff, conduct regular audits, ensure SOP compliance, HazMat handling, safety training, and coordinate with the operations team to drive continuous improvements and cost reductions at multiple site locations in

Qualifications

• High School diploma or GED required.
• 2+ years in Warehouse Supervisor role.
• 5+ years warehouse experience.
• Experience with safety policies and SOPs.
• Forklift certification or experience operating warehouse equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee day-to-day warehouse duties to meet targets and ensure safety.
• Manage order pulling and inventory accuracy, including cycle counts.
• Supervise receiving/unloading, shipping, and Will Calls.
• Ensure compliance with SOPs and regulatory requirements (OSHA).
• Lead and mentor staff, hire/terminate with authority, and drive process improvements.
