Job summary

Crew 2, Inc. is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee daily operations, budgets, and performance for Installation teams and Production Managers in the Texas region. The role focuses on driving revenue, profitability, and customer satisfaction while leading the development of capable teams across the region.

You will build and execute business plans, recruit and train managers, and collaborate with partners to grow The Home Depot PAR business, ensure compliance, and deliver operational excellence.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of related operations leadership experience.
• Experience in managing branches or large teams.
• Knowledge of the construction industry.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Budgeting, P&L, and NOI/Gross margin experience.

Responsibilities

• Direct and oversee daily operations of assigned product lines.
• Manage budgets and exceed Profit and Loss targets.
• Improve Net Operating Income and Gross Margins across regions.
• Develop and deliver business plans aligned to objectives.
• Recruit, hire, and train Production Managers.
• Develop installation teams including direct labor, subcontractors, and vendors.
• Grow revenue and build the customer base with retailers/consumers.
• Conduct regular performance appraisals and oversight.
• Ensure compliance with SPRG and ethics standards.
• Participate in meetings with COO and leadership.
