This role ensures adherence to company standards, safety regulations, and drives regional performance, profitability, and growth. You will lead regional teams, develop strategies, optimize workflows, and align field operations with corporate goals.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations Management, or related field preferred.
• Proven experience leading operations across multiple locations.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting and financial oversight.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations across multiple branches to ensure consistency with company standards and safety regulations.
• Develop regional budgets and monitor financial performance of projects.
• Identify growth opportunities and strengthen key client relationships.
• Mentor branch managers and staff, and support regional hiring, evaluations, and disciplinary actions.
• Drive efficiencies by analyzing costs, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Ensure compliance and alignment between field operations and corporate goals.
• Review regional reports and address discrepancies or inefficiencies.
• Maintain confidentiality and professionalism in handling sensitive matters.
• Lead initiatives to improve regional productivity and customer satisfaction.
