Job summary
Wilsonart International is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to guide warehouse, customer service, inventory, and logistics across multiple company-owned locations in the region. You will lead location Operations/Office/Distribution Managers, drive safety and accuracy, and partner with Sales to meet regional financial targets.
The role requires 8+ years in operations with 3+ years managing managers, a bachelor’s in business or related field, and strong ERP experience.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain, or Operations Management or equivalent experience.
- 8+ years of progressive operations experience in distribution, warehousing, or logistics.
- 3+ years managing managers across multiple locations.
Responsibilities
- Lead and coach location Operations/Office/Distribution Managers; build leadership bench strength.
- Set regional priorities, KPIs, and hold leaders accountable for safety, service, inventory, and delivery.
- Oversee regional inventory strategy, pricing/billing controls, and supplier/carrier relations.
