Qualifications

• Experience in high-volume people management in retail, restaurant, or C-store.
• Retail/food operations leadership experience preferred.
• Strong financial acumen and ability to manage budgets.

Responsabilités

• Oversee all aspects of store operations in western NC.
• Manage General Managers.
• Oversee sales, labor, shrink, and other store financials.
• Ensure quality and profitability of the food offer.
• Maintain clean, safe guest environment.
• Organize and lead regular meetings.
