Job summary

MYCON is seeking a Regional Operations Manager in Nashville to lead the market's project delivery staff including project managers, superintendents, field engineers, and coordinators.

The role reports to the Senior Regional Director of Operations and focuses on people development, quality and safety, process improvement, and consistent project execution in schedule, quality, and customer experience across all projects in the market.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in construction management or related field.
• 8+ years of commercial construction operations experience.
• Proven leadership and team-building abilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day operations of market staff including PMs, superintendents, field engineers, and coordinators.
• Serve as primary communication between field teams and regional leadership.
• Develop employee performance, training, and IDPs.
• Ensure quality, safety, and regulatory compliance on projects.
• Manage project performance metrics and reporting.
