Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to oversee 3–5 centers, driving performance, staffing, and brand standards across the region. You will lead General Managers, coach leaders, and ensure consistency in class quality and safety across centers.

Travel across the region is required as you guide regional sales growth, community engagement, and strategic initiatives. A strong track record in multi-site management and people development is essential for success.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-site or multi-unit management experience, preferably in fitness, youth programming, retail, or service-based franchise.
• Athletic/coaching background with experience working with or coaching kids ages 15 months–11 years old.
• Proven track record of developing managers and driving performance improvements.
• Strong financial acumen — comfortable reading P&Ls, KPIs, and data-driven decisions.
• Experience with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills.
• Willingness to travel regularly across the 3–5 center region.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health of 3–5 KidStrong centers in your region, ensuring brand standards and KPIs.
• Analyze regional financials and center P&Ls to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct regular center visits to assess operations, class quality, and safety.
• Serve as escalation point for center issues including staffing and maintenance.
• Roll out company-wide initiatives with Area Developer for consistent execution across centers.
• Oversee regional scheduling to ensure optimal staffing and coverage.
• Drive profitability through events, camps, and party programs.
