Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead 3-5 centers in the region. You will oversee operations, drive profitability, and coach General Managers to deliver brand standards across multiple locations.

This hands-on leadership role requires travel across centers, strong financial acumen, and the ability to develop talent, optimize scheduling, and roll out company-wide initiatives with the Area Developer.

Qualifications

• 3-5+ years of multi-unit or multi-site management experience in fitness, youth programming, retail, or service franchise.
• Athletic/coaching background with experience working with kids aged 15 months to 11 years.
• Proven track record of developing managers and driving performance improvements.
• Strong financial acumen; comfortable reading P&Ls and KPIs; data-informed decisions.
• Experience with CRM platforms, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to handle difficult conversations.
• Willingness and ability to travel regularly across a 3-5 center region.

Responsibilities

• Own operational health of 3-5 KidStrong centers in the region; ensure brand standards and KPIs are met.
• Analyze regional financials and center P&Ls to identify trends, opportunities, and risks.
• Conduct regular center visits to evaluate operations, class quality, and maintenance.
• Serve as escalation point for center-level issues including staffing and safety.
• Roll out company-wide initiatives and ensure consistent execution across centers.
• Oversee regional scheduling to ensure proper staffing and coaching coverage.
• Drive regional profitability through events, camps, and party programs.
