Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a Regional Operations Manager to lead 3–5 centers regionally, ensuring brand standards, KPIs, and a top‑tier family experience. You will drive profitability, coach General Managers, and align operations with company initiatives across multiple locations.

You will analyze center P&Ls, optimize scheduling, and partner with the Area Developer to sustain growth and high-quality programming while prioritizing safety and child development.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-unit or multi-site management experience in fitness, youth programming, retail, or service franchises.
• A coaching background with kids aged 15 months–11 years is preferred.
• Track record of developing managers and improving performance.
• Strong financial acumen—reading P&Ls and KPIs.
• Experience with CRM, scheduling tools, and Google Workspace.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to travel regionally.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health of 3–5 KidStrong centers within your region and ensure brand standards and KPIs.
• Analyze regional financials, center-level P&Ls, and key metrics to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct regular center visits to evaluate operations, class quality, cleanliness, and brand consistency.
• Escalation point for center issues including maintenance, safety, staffing gaps, and member concerns.
• Partner with Area Developer to roll out company-wide initiatives and ensure consistent execution.
