Job summary

KidStrong is seeking a Regional Manager to oversee 3–5 centers, ensuring brand standards, KPIs, and exceptional family experiences. You will analyze regional performance and guide center leadership to deliver strong results while maintaining safety and program quality.

You will recruit, coach, and develop General Managers across the region, drive sales growth, support local marketing, and lead cross-center initiatives with a coachable, high-energy leadership style.

Qualifications

• 3–5+ years of multi-site or multi-unit management experience.
• Athletic/coaching background with kids age 15 months–11 years is required.
• Proven track record of developing managers and driving performance.
• Strong financial acumen — reading P&Ls and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Own the operational health of 3–5 centers within your region and ensure brand standards.
• Analyze regional financials and center-level performance to identify trends and risks.
• Conduct regular center visits to evaluate operations, class quality, cleanliness, and brand consistency.
• Lead recruitment, coaching, and development of General Managers; oversee leadership meetings.
• Drive profitability through events, camps, and party programs; ensure execution.
