Job summary

Hitachi Energy is seeking an experienced Regional Operations Leader to oversee and optimize operational performance across a designated region. You will manage project deliverables, lead high-performing teams, and guide projects from scope development through completion.

You will drive continuous improvement, monitor KPIs, and ensure on-time, within-budget delivery while fostering collaboration and accountability across regional teams.

Qualifications

• Proven experience delivering complex regional projects.
• Strong track record coaching and motivating project teams.
• Expertise in project management methodologies and lifecycle.
• Experience with scope development and requirements management.
• Excellent communication, leadership, and interpersonal skills.
• Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred; PMP or similar certification desirable.

Responsibilities

• Proven experience in Deliverables Management, demonstrating a strong track record of successfully delivering complex projects.
• Extensive experience in Leading Project Teams, with a focus on coaching, developing, and motivating team members.
• Strong expertise in Project Management methodologies and tools, including a deep understanding of project lifecycles.
• Demonstrated ability in Project Scope Development, including requirements gathering, definition, and management.
• Exceptional Team Management skills, including performance management, conflict resolution, and fostering a positive work environment.
• Excellent communication, interpersonal, and leadership abilities.
• Bachelor's degree in a relevant engineering, business, or project management field; Master's degree preferred.
• PMP or other relevant project management certifications are highly desirable.
