Job summary
Radley Staffing, LLC seeks a Regional Operations Manager to maximize sales and profitability across three Dallas–Fort Worth locations. Based in Dallas, TX, you will oversee Account Executives and Business Development Managers, traveling between branches and client sites in the DFW area to drive performance.

Qualifications
- 5+ years of staffing industry experience (temp and temp-to-hire).
- Experience leading sales and operations teams in a fast-paced, service-driven environment.
- Strong understanding of branch P&L, gross profit, revenue growth, client retention, and performance metrics.
- Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable to sales and operational goals.
- Experience building client relationships and supporting business development efforts.
Responsibilities
- Build and maintain strong client relationships to drive retention and identify new business opportunities.
- Monitor branch financial performance (P&L) and work toward revenue and profitability targets.
- Develop and coach high-performing teams with accountability and a positive culture.
- Lead strategic plans by analyzing market trends and growth opportunities.
- Drive sales growth by coaching teams to execute the sales process and grow accounts.
