Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience.
• 6+ years of Operations experience.
• 3+ years of Plant Management experience.

• Strong planning, execution and interpersonal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Direct planning and lead operations in production, distribution and maintenance for the West US region.
• Direct a group of employees and consultants to execute operational requirements and process improvements.
• Create and manage complex operational plans to achieve business objectives.
• Coordinate activities with other departments and executives; formulate response strategies.
• Lead productivity optimization and cost-reduction projects; monitor trends and set precedents.
• Staff, train and appraise subordinate employees; ensure safety compliance across Linde organizations.
