Job summary

Linde plc seeks an experienced Plant Manager to oversee production and distribution across plants and internal shuttles in the New England region. You will drive safety, regulatory compliance, and productivity initiatives while coordinating with Sales and other departments.

Qualifications

• BS degree required; Engineering degree preferred.
• 10+ years cylinder gas operations experience.
• 5+ years cylinder gas engineering / project management.
• Lean and/or Six Sigma certification or training.
• Leadership and interpersonal skills; travel 50–60% to Midwest region.

Responsibilities

• Oversee all production and distribution activities for plants and internal shuttles.
• Ensure safety and compliance with internal Linde standards, FDA, Federal, State and local regulations for the region.
• Lead Safety, Productivity, Lean and Six Sigma initiatives and productivity optimization.
• Coordinate with Sales and other departments; communicate plans and objectives; support corporate functions.
