Merova International is seeking an Operations Manager with strong knowledge of Central and Eastern Europe to support the practical execution of our projects across the region. You will turn expansion plans into functioning local operations, coordinating people, suppliers and processes to move projects forward efficiently and to a high standard.

This role requires an independent, hands-on manager able to work across borders in a dynamic, international environment.

Qualifikationen

• Experience in operations, project management, consulting, or related fields.
• Strong organizational and problem-solving skills.

• Coordinate client project implementations across Central and Eastern Europe.
• Support establishment and development of local operations.
• Coordinate local suppliers, partners and service providers.
• Support recruitment, onboarding and team development.
• Coordinate administrative and operational requirements during market entry.
• Establish and improve processes for efficient day-to-day operations.
• Monitor project progress, timelines and deliverables.
• Serve as a link between international clients and local teams.
• Identify operational issues and provide practical solutions.
• Build and maintain a reliable network of local resources across the region.
