Job summary

Aramark is seeking a Regional Director of Operations to plan, manage, and guide contracted services for multiple sites. The role focuses on delivering exceptional service across food service, facility support, and custodial services while meeting client objectives and revenue goals.

The position requires strong leadership, financial acumen, and a track record of developing teams, managing budgets, and ensuring regulatory and safety compliance. A bachelor’s degree in a relevant field is preferred.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree level education highly preferred in Food Service, Hospitality, Facilities, or Business Management.
• Ability to focus on client and customer services, entrepreneurship and building a strong business is essential.
• Experience leading through other managers and managing a department budget and financial controls.

Responsibilities

• Leads a team that provides operational expertise in contracted services with hands-on execution management.
• Manages client and community relationships at the location and develops plans to provide optimal service.
• Builds and leads a management team capable of achieving organizational objectives.
• Recommends methods and resources for service improvement and growth based on contractual obligations.
• Partners with Finance to manage a budget and improve financial performance and productivity.
• Ensures compliance with all regulations and Aramark safety and conduct standards.
