Job summary

COREcruitment Ltd is seeking an experienced Head of Business Operations to oversee regional operations and drive growth across the East Coast and Midwest. You will own P&L, budgets, forecasts and performance, while building strong client partnerships across multiple markets.

The role blends strategic leadership with hands‑on delivery, developing a high‑performing regional team, securing new business, and ensuring projects meet safety, quality and budget targets.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in a senior business or operational leadership role.
• Strong commercial background with experience managing P&L, budgets, forecasts and regional performance.
• Track record of winning new business and developing existing client relationships.
• Experience in construction, M&E, facilities management or critical environments.
• Experience leading geographically dispersed teams and managing multiple projects.

Responsibilities

• Take overall responsibility for regional operations, including P&L, budgets, forecasting and financial performance.
• Lead and develop the regional business, driving performance, profitability and sustainable growth.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, identifying opportunities to grow accounts and develop new partnerships.
• Meet with clients to understand their needs, identify challenges and explore opportunities for additional projects and services.
• Drive regional business development activity, including identifying new opportunities, leading tenders, bids and proposals.
• Build, lead and develop a high‑performing team, ensuring the right people are in place to support regional growth.
• Oversee multiple projects across the East Coast and Midwest, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time and within budget.
• Manage costs, margins, contracts, procurement and supplier relationships.
• Monitor the regional pipeline, identify future opportunities and work with the wider leadership team to support growth.
• Maintain high standards of operational delivery and client service across the region.
