COREcruitment Ltd seeks an experienced Director of Projects to lead and grow its project management business across the East Coast, USA. This role drives overall regional performance, manages client relationships, and leads the delivery of complex projects with a hands-on, commercially minded approach.

You will build the team, win new work, and guide projects from early planning through delivery, ensuring revenue growth and high client satisfaction in a dynamic global organisation.

• Extensive senior project management experience.
• Proven P&L responsibility and commercial acumen.
• Track record growing revenue and client accounts.
• Strong stakeholder management with senior clients.

Mansioni

• Own overall performance of the regional project management business including P&L and financials.
• Grow existing accounts and win new work with clients.
• Engage with clients to understand portfolios and identify expansion opportunities.
• Lead tenders, negotiate contracts and secure new projects.
• Oversee projects from planning through procurement, delivery and completion.
• Recruit and develop project teams, ensuring the right capabilities.
• Provide direction, set targets and coach team members.
• Monitor project performance, budgets and risks, intervening to resolve issues.
• Collaborate with senior leadership to identify new growth opportunities.
