Summit Midstream Corporation is seeking a Director, Area Operations to supervise staff responsible for compressors, high- and low-pressure systems, metering and related equipment. This role requires coordinating with field teams, ensuring safety standards and strong customer relations are maintained across multiple basins, including Colorado operations.

The position emphasizes leadership, hands-on problem solving, and the ability to travel as needed to support assets regionally.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 10 years minimum of relevant experience preferred.
• 5 years minimum of leadership experience.
• Knowledge of compressor packages and pipelines preferred.
• Strong working knowledge of Natural Gas Assets.
• Strong ability to interact with Land Owners and Customers.

Responsabilités

• Oversee compressors, field pipelines and metering systems.
• Maintain successful customer relations and coordination with operations teams.
• Assist in hiring efforts for personnel in the operational area.
• Troubleshoot field-level operational issues with a proactive approach.
• Work independently with minimal supervision while upholding safety standards.
