Responsibilities

• Own P&L accountability and drive revenue growth and cost control (~$50M).
• Lead operational, financial, team and clinical performance using KPIs.
• Collaborate with Hospital Services Administrators to address employee and patient concerns.
• Develop and implement strategic plans to maximize regional clinical care and growth.
