The Role You'd Play:

As the Regional Operations Director, youare responsible fora portfolioof5hospital based acute dialysis programs,~50 teammatesand 4 direct reportsand a P&L of~50M.As a Regional Operations Director (ROD),you'llprovide strategic and tactical leadership, counsel, and direction to our Acute Dialysis Hospital Services assignedmarketsto ensure safe, efficient,therapeuticand ethical patient care.

Additionally, this position identifies and develops strategic growth opportunities, monitors division performance, and works closely with Divisional Vice President or SVP to develop competitive strategies in alignment with DaVita’s mission and values. Position has budget and P&L accountability. This position is a key member of DaVita’s field management team.

Required Qualifications to be a successful Director of Operations:

• 5+ years’ experience as a supervisor/leader in operations with at least 2+ years of multisite experience.Healthcare industry backgrounda plus.
• Bachelor’s degree,Master's Degreestrongly preferred
• Strong leadership acumen; successful team management and development
• PriorP&L management experience.Demonstratedtrack recordof successful fiscal and operating leadership;demonstratedfinancialexpertise
• Experience working in a matrix organization with the ability to manage multiple priorities across various stakeholders and departments
• Demonstrated strong analytical,quantitativeand logical thinking skills
• Advance computer skills andproficiencyin MS Excelrequired; intermediate skills andproficiencyin MS Word, Outlook and PowerPointrequired
• Available for moderate travel (20%-50% overnight)- adjust based on travel for this role

• Complete accountability for your P&L~$50M.Manage financial and revenue growth, labormanagement, contractmanagementand capital expenses.
• Drive operational, financial, team and clinical performance of your business through KPIs/metrics.
• Work directly withHospital Services Administrators (HSAs) infacilitiestoidentifyand addressemployee and patient concerns to drive towardsRegionalgoals and standards.
• Develop and implement strategic planning initiatives that maximize the region’s clinical care and growth potential.
• Review, analyze, and address gaps in service excellence, policies, and/or procedures proactively;identifyissues and implement solutions.
• Manage financial and revenue growth, operations, and labor management, contract management, and clinical outcomes within the assigned hospital partners.
• Maintain existing relationships with hospital partner senior leadership including the c-suite
• Interface with business leaders from a broad range of functional teams, including Finance, People Services, Strategy, Quality, and others in support of strategy and operational execution.

The Salary Range for the role is $130,000.00-$185,000.00 per year.
