DaVita is seeking a Regional Operations Director to oversee 7-10 dialysis centers and 200+ teammates across Houston and West Texas. Based in Houston, this role carries full P&L accountability for $30M–$50M and requires travel to West Texas on a monthly basis.

• Lead and inspire a team of 10–12 direct reports to ensure quality and compliant patient care.
• Identify growth opportunities and partner with SVP to develop competitive strategies.
• Maintain full P&L accountability and manage labor budgets and contract management.
