Job summary

DaVita is seeking a Regional Home Manager to lead our Home modality initiatives, partner with clinic teams, and drive patient-centered care across the region. You will oversee operations, collaborate with physicians, and mentor nursing staff to improve outcomes.

Responsibilities include supervising RNs, governing clinical metrics, and helping shape regional budgets while traveling up to 50% to support sites. This is a leadership role with significant impact on patient care.

Qualifications

• Associate's degree required.
• Demonstrated interpersonal and collaborative skills.
• Ability to analyze data and drive improvements.
• Self-starter with initiative and results orientation.
• Comfort interacting with physicians, nurses and administrators.

Responsibilities

• Grow the Home Modality and oversee regional operations.
• Foster physician and surgeon relationships within the region.
• Lead RN team and drive patient care quality improvement.
• Monitor clinical outcomes and report to leadership.
• Assist in region-level budgeting and labor planning.
• Travel up to 50% in the local region.
