Job summary

DaVita in Durham, North Carolina, seeks a Regional Operations Director to lead about 12 dialysis centers across the Raleigh-Durham area, overseeing 200 teammates and $40-$50MM in P&L. You will drive strategic and tactical leadership, growth, and patient care alignment with DaVita's mission.

You will provide direction to field management, monitor performance, and collaborate with senior leaders to deliver safe, efficient care while upholding the company’s values and standards.

Responsibilities

• Lead approximately 12 dialysis centers with ~200 teammates and oversee $40-$50MM P&L.
• Develop strategic operating plans and goals for the division facilities.
• Meet labor budget and drive organizational performance.
• Review and address gaps in service, policies, and procedures.
• Manage financial, revenue growth, and clinical outcomes within facilities.
• Collaborate with field management and senior leaders to set strategy.
