Qualifications

• Must have demonstrated ability to plan and execute operating programs.
• Experience reading and interpreting P&L statements.
• Knowledge of OSHA, EPA, DOT regulations and compliance.

Responsibilities

• Formulate and submit operating programs and budgets for approval by Regional VP.
• Implement and maintain standard operating procedures within the region.
• Advise Regional Logistics on internal and external logistics.
• Oversee maintenance and improvement of facilities and equipment.
• Coordinate with corporate to optimize and standardize regional operations.
• Supervise safety program and ensure regulatory compliance.
• Communicate with regional management on legal or regulatory matters.
