Job summary

The role focuses on health, safety and environmental compliance, along with supporting sales and regulatory standards. The ideal candidate has 3-5 years in operations, familiarity with chemical distribution operations, and experience with SAP or ERP systems.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required
• Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience
• 3-5 years of proven experience in operations
• Knowledge of chemical distribution facility operation
• SAP or ERP systems experience is beneficial
• MS Office applications (Excel/Word) would be beneficial

Responsibilities

• Facilitating compliance to health, safety, and environmental policies
• Supporting sales efforts in line with regulatory standards
• Leading the emergency response team in the branch
• Supporting branch health and safety program and audits
• Conducting daily pre-shift meetings and communicating expectations
• Creating a positive work environment and ownership of branch operations
• Participating in inspections by DOT, EPA, FDA, DHS
• Direct supervision for Material Handlers
