Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred or equivalent experience.
• 3–5 years operations experience in chemical distribution facility operation preferred.
• Knowledge of governmental requirements (OSHA, EPA, RCRA, DOT) preferred or ability to attain.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily branch operations including transportation, warehouse, and tank farm.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental policies; complete required training and record keeping.
• Support sales efforts while maintaining regulatory compliance and incident investigations.
• Lead safety audits with Branch Operations Manager and report root causes and corrective actions.
• Communicate branch performance to upper management and manage budget/objectives.
• Conduct daily pre-shift meetings and ensure staff are trained and equipped.
