Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from four-year college with five to seven years related experience, or equivalent combination of education/experience.

Responsibilities

• Designs and develops business plan templates, aggregating area plans into a Regional Strategic plan and performance criteria.
• Ensures strategies are established to attain specified objectives, and provides consolidated status and issue reports.
• Develops business planning templates, analyzes and reports O&M Budget in excess of $14 million and Capital Budget in excess of $7 million.
• Establishes and maintains the budget and reporting manual for Regional Operations to ensure accuracy and consistency of reporting.
• Performs analysis to justify variances, maintains FERC activity based accounting structure for determining costs and transactions.
• Prepares reports necessary for strategic and tactical understanding by the Regional Management Team.
• Provides assistance to Director in personnel actions.
