Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Finance or Accounting.
• finance or quantitative discipline preferred.
• Knowledge of Sage Intacct or similar software and system implementation a plus.

Responsibilities

• Construct budgets for different departments and cost centers.
• Manage monthly variance reporting to identify root causes.
• Prepare detailed reports for the Board of Directors.
• Assist with month-end and year-end closings.
• Provide analytical support and forecasting to senior management.
• Produce key metrics and financial reports for strategic planning.
