You will own portfolio insights, deploy geo-specific tooling, and collaborate with Product, Marketing, and Local Ops to optimize dispatch, routing, and venue performance.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Economics, Information Systems, or related field.
• Data wrangling, transforming datasets, identifying trends and building dashboards.
• Statistical experiments to test hypotheses and forecast outcomes.
• Automating workflows and building data pipelines.

Responsibilities

• Leverage standard processes and vendor feedback to build operations plans.
• Understand portfolio performance, complexity, and industry trends.
• Deploy geo-specific tooling to optimize pickups, dispatches, and routing.
• Collaborate with Product, Marketplace, Public Safety, Policy, Marketing, and Local Ops on events.
• Identify product improvements to reduce friction for users at events.
