Job summary

Uber is seeking an Ad Operations Specialist based in Chicago to own end-to-end ad operations for Rider and Eats campaigns. You will traffic, QA, optimize, and troubleshoot with cross-functional teams and offshore partners, turning data into actionable recommendations and growth opportunities.

You'll partner with Sales and Partner Managers to translate performance trends into strategic investments, build SOPs, and drive efficient workflows.

Qualifications

• 2+ years in Ad Operations or campaign management.
• Experience with CRM systems and ad tech platforms.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent practical experience.

Responsibilities

• Own strategy, setup, trafficking, pacing, and optimization across Rider and Eats ad products.
• Translate performance trends and KPIs into actionable recommendations and incremental investments.
• Diagnose campaign, tracking, and ad-serving issues; collaborate with Eng, Product, and Tech Ops to resolve blockers.
• Coordinate offshore Ad Ops work; ensure high execution standards and clear handoffs.
• Develop SOPs and training materials; participate in UAT and beta testing for new products.
• Support testing and launch of new advertising features; document findings and provide feedback.
• Collaborate with Sales and Partner Managers to grow advertiser relationships and outcomes.
