The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of experience in the industry, a Bachelor's degree (preferred), and an active Texas Security License. The role offers a comprehensive compensation package up to $83,000, including a vehicle allowance and performance-based bonuses.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of management and leadership experience in security, law enforcement, or military.
• Active Texas Level III or IV Security License is required.
• Valid driver's license with a good driving record.

Responsibilities

• Train and develop supervisory staff for day-to-day operations of site security personnel.
• Supervise Site Managers and Site Supervisors.
• Coordinate operational functions including payroll, staffing, and scheduling.
• Conduct site assist visits and audits per the Quality Assurance program.
