Job summary

The role requires a strong organizer with experience in sales systems, CRM (Salesforce), and reporting. You will manage events, incentives, loan contingencies, and weekly updates while driving

Qualifications

• High School Diploma required; college degree preferred.
• 3+ years selling new homes or similar, with leadership exposure.
• Strong organization, auditing skills, and deadline discipline.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM systems such as Salesforce.

Responsibilities

• Lead and train onsite sales teams across Austin and Dallas.
• Coordinate onboarding, scheduling, and training programs.
• Manage meetings, events, and weekly performance updates.
