Job summary

Brookfield Residential is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Austin/Dallas area to train and support our onsite sales team. The role collaborates with sales, marketing, construction, and leadership to streamline processes and drive performance.

Ideal candidates will have 3+ years of homebuilding sales experience, strong organizational skills, and proficiency with Salesforce and Microsoft Office. This position requires on-site presence across Austin and Dallas offices and active collaboration

Qualifications

• High School Diploma is required; College degree preferred.
• Minimum 3 years’ experience selling new homes.
• Extensive knowledge of home building industry, sales, construction and closing process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM sales programs (i.e. SalesForce).

Responsibilities

• Train and support onsite sales team and ensure onboarding and training schedules.
• Create and maintain training materials and schedules for existing team members.
• Coordinate meetings, events, and logistics for the VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Provide ongoing CX updates and manage sales commissions, loan statuses, and contingencies.
• Visit sites and sales offices regularly and provide monthly visit schedules.
