Job summary

Brookfield Residential Services LLC is seeking an Area Sales Manager to train and support the onsite sales team. You will collaborate with sales/marketing, construction, and leadership to streamline processes, establish onboarding, and lead a compliant sales operation.

This role requires strong organization, coaching ability, and experience selling new homes. You will manage training materials, supervise assistants, and coordinate events, trade shows, and monthly KPI updates.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ experience selling new homes.
• Strong knowledge of home building industry, sales, construction and closing process.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and CRM sales programs (SalesForce).

Responsibilities

• Train and support onsite sales team.
• Coordinate with sales/marketing, construction and leadership.
• Establish onboarding and training schedules for new hires.
• Create and maintain training materials and trainer videos.
• Act as subject matter expert for NSS/NSE and SalesForce.
• Provide administrative and event coordination support to VP of Sales & Marketing.
• Ensure sales meetings are recorded and recap sent promptly.
• Attend and help manage onsite events and trade shows.
• Provide monthly CX updates in sales meetings.
• Review and approve sales commissions regularly.
• Coordinate with sales, accounting and other departments for updates.
