Job summary

Brookfield Residential is seeking an Area Sales Manager for the Austin/Dallas region. You will train and support the onsite sales team, coordinate with sales/marketing, and manage onboarding, training schedules, and sales platforms to improve efficiency.

You will lead a multi-site team, attend events, and ensure timely updates on sales metrics and loan/contingency status, reporting to the VP of Sales & Marketing.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience selling new homes.
• Strong knowledge of home building industry and closing process.
• Proficient with CRM systems and Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Train and support onsite sales team; coordinate tasks with sales/marketing and leadership.
• Manage onboarding, training schedules, and ongoing materials for sales staff.
• Serve as SME for sales platforms and report CX updates to leadership.
• Coordinate events, trade shows, and weekly loan/contingency updates.
