Adecco Group in Goodyear, AZ is seeking an Associate Director to lead Onsites and branches, driving growth, client retention, and workforce solutions excellence. You will guide Managers, train teams, and partner with Growth Operations to deliver superior outcomes for clients and candidates.

You will develop strategic plans, achieve KPIs, and ensure profitability while fostering a diverse, high-performing culture across the geography.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field.
• Minimum of five years leadership/managerial experience in the service provider industry preferred.
• Management of large onsite portfolio.

Responsabilidades

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco philosophy and practices across colleagues, candidates, associates, clients, and delivery.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to drive growth and ensure consistent sales and service.
• Coach managers on team management and conduct performance evaluations with development plans.
• Establish and maintain client relationships at the C-level and drive strategic growth through improved processes and KPI targets.
• Oversee monthly performance, KPI analysis, and P&L impact to support profitable growth.
• Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local laws and monitor budgets and billing.
