Job summary

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in business or related field required or equivalent experience.
• Minimum five years leadership/managerial experience in service provider industry; onsite portfolio management experience preferred.
• Proven ability to lead multiple teams, drive growth, and manage client relationships.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to regional Managers and ensure adoption of Adecco’s philosophy and practices.
• Ensure each team member understands strategy, is trained, and set up for success.
• Recruit, develop, and motivate Managers to ensure sales and service excellence.
• Coach managers on team management and provide ongoing staff training on policies and methods.
• Maintain high client satisfaction and drive growth through cross-sell opportunities.
