Job summary

Texas Oncology is seeking a Regional Oncology Travel Float Registered Nurse (RN) to join our West Regional Float Pool Team. In this role you’ll provide cross-coverage across Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Infusion units, rotating through multiple clinics in the West Region.

This full-time position offers weekday daytime hours, regional travel, and the opportunity to work with interdisciplinary teams while advancing your oncology nursing skills within a supportive, team-driven

Qualifications

• RN license active in practicing state with current registration.
• Oncology/infusion/radiation experience preferred.
• BLS certification required; ability to handle multiple clinics.

Responsibilities

• Assess, plan, coordinate, and evaluate patient care.
• Cross-cover Medical Oncology, Radiation Oncology, and Infusion units.
• Monitor labs and manage treatment orders with providers.
• Cross-train into subspecialties as the Float Pool evolves.
• Follow Float Pool Playbook.
