Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is recruiting for a Senior Thought Leader Liaison in Oncology to support the Midwest region, mainly Great Lakes, with field-based travel across the United States. The role focuses on Lung and Head & Neck cancer, engaging KOLs, shaping education programs, and aligning regional strategies with Brand priorities.

The position requires a BA/BS, 6+ years in marketing/medical/sales, cross-functional leadership, and >50% travel. Preference for MBA/MD/PhD and US driver's license.

Qualifications

• BA/BS degree required; MBA/MD/PhD preferred.
• Minimum 6 years in marketing, medical, key account management, sales, or sales leadership.
• Experience engaging with KOLs/Influential HCPs and professional healthcare orgs.
• Strong cross-functional collaboration and stakeholder engagement.
• Ability to travel >50% to field events and meetings.

Responsibilities

• Lead Regional KOL engagement strategy and regional marketing education initiatives.
• Provide local market insights to shape brand strategies for RYBREVANT (Lung/Head & Neck).
• Build and maintain relationships with academic and community KOLs and stakeholders.
• Coordinate regional marketing education with cross-functional partners to align with brand imperatives.
• Monitor regional treatment patterns with analytics team to inform placement of insights; manage budget feedback.
