Job summary

Accurate Personnel is seeking a resilient On-Site Supervisor for our Ontario, CA operations. This role requires leadership in a fast-paced warehouse, with occasional travel and a daytime shift with flexibility. Pay ranges from $55k to $60k annually, DOE, plus benefits.

You will resolve conflicts, manage attendance and coaching for field staff, and act as the liaison between the client and Accurate leadership. Bilingual English/Spanish is preferred to support a diverse workforce.

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience in warehouse/industrial staffing; supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual English & Spanish preferred for diverse workforce.
• Experience with timekeeping software (ADP) and payroll support.
• Ability to work independently and make fair decisions on the fly.
• Calm under pressure with schedule changes and pivots.

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate grievances and site-level disputes; de-escalate in real time.
• Manage attendance, coaching, and terminations for field employees.
• Walk the floor to identify safety or personnel issues.
• Provide transparent reporting between client and Accurate leadership.
