Qualifications

• At least 2 years in warehouse or industrial staffing, supervision preferred.
• Fluency in English; Spanish preferred to communicate across a diverse workforce.
• Experience creating and editing spreadsheets and using timekeeping software (e.g., ADP) for payroll.
• Ability to stay calm under pressure and resolve conflicts professionally.

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate grievances and site disputes, de-escalating in real time.
• Be available for extended hours and overtime to support production needs.
• Manage attendance, coaching, and terminations for field staff.
• Walk the floor to identify safety or personnel issues before escalation.

Key Responsibilities & Adaptability

• Expert Conflict Resolution: Serve as the point of contact for resolving associate grievances, behavioral issues, and site-level disputes. You must be able to de-escalate situations in real-time while maintaining company standards.
• Unmatched Availability: This role requires a "whatever it takes" mindset. You must be available for extended hours and overtime, often with little to no notice, to support our client's changing production needs.
• Agile Workforce Management: Manage field employees (attendance, coaching, and terminations) in an environment where priorities can change by the hour.
• Proactive Site Leadership: Walk the floor at regular intervals to identify potential safety or personnel issues before they escalation.
• Strategic Communication: Act as the vital bridge between the client and Accurate leadership, providing transparent reporting even during high-stress shifts.

Requirements & Qualifications

• The "Flex" Factor: Proven ability to remain calm and effective under pressure, especially when faced with last-minute schedule changes or operational pivots.
• Warehouse Veteran: At least 2 years of experience in the warehouse or industrial staffing industry. Supervisor experience preferred.
• Bilingual Skills: Fluency in English & Spanish is preferred to effectively communicate across a diverse workforce.
• Reporting & Compliance: Ability to create and edit spreadsheets, and work with timekeeping software (i.e. ADP) to support payroll. Support diversity and comply with EEO standards.
• Decision Maker: Strong ability to work independently and make firm, fair decisions on the fly.
