Qualifications

• Fluency in English and Spanish preferred.
• Ability to use spreadsheets and time-tracking systems.
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and lead on-site.

Responsibilities

• Resolve associate grievances and site-level disputes.
• Be available for extended hours and overtime with little notice.
• Manage field employees' attendance, coaching, and terminations.
• Walk the floor 3x daily to identify safety or personnel issues.
• Provide transparent reporting between client and Accurate leadership.
