Accurate Personnel seeks a Regional On-Site Manager to lead multiple on-site staffing programs across a designated region. You will bridge clients, branch teams, and on-site staff, owning performance and service quality.
This role requires travel up to 75%, hands-on leadership, and the ability to stand up new sites, grow placements, and protect client relationships while driving revenue.
TheRegional On-Site Manager is a high-impact leadership role for someone who thrives on variety, moves fast, and wants real ownership of results. You will oversee multiple on-site staffing programs across a designated region, serving as the trusted bridge between clients, branch teams, and on-site staff, and as the leader your teams look to for direction and support. Beyond day-to-day operations, you will help build strong foundations for brand-new sites and identify opportunities to grow placements and revenue across your client portfolio.
This is not a routine, 9-to-5 role. Expect frequent, extended travel - including out of state - long hours when the business needs them, and priorities that can shift quickly. In exchange, you will get a direct hand in shaping new and existing programs, and a clear path toward senior operational leadership.
