Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit retail or operations.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative experience.
• Proven leadership ability with coaching and accountability.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Willingness to travel frequently between offices.

Responsibilities

• Own consistent delivery of client experience across 4–6 offices.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact across locations.
• Lead leaders and teams through coaching and accountability.
• Ensure office readiness, staffing, scheduling, and compliance.
• Monitor performance metrics and drive improvements.
• Align priorities to achieve revenue and business outcomes.
• Manage daily operations and labor across multiple sites.
