Job summary

H&R Block seeks a Multi-Office Leader to oversee 4–6 retail offices and deliver a consistently excellent client experience. You’ll coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals while aligning goals across locations and maintaining a high standard of service.

You’ll manage staffing, facilities, compliance, and daily operations, driving performance and business results across offices, with travel between sites as needed.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience.
• 3+ years leading teams in multi-unit environments with accountability for performance outcomes.
• Strong client-centric mindset with consultative client experience.
• Proven ability to coach, develop, and hold teams accountable.
• Experience driving business and financial results across multiple locations.
• Ability to travel frequently and align schedules across offices.

Responsibilities

• Own delivery of the client experience across 4–6 offices with consistent standards.
• Evaluate execution quality and client impact to drive improvements.
• Lead and coach Tax Professionals and Client Service Professionals.
